What type of clients do we work with?While C&S Virtual Paralegals can assist attorneys with general paralegal duties, we work with experienced attorneys in their chosen practice areas. This includes attorneys who practice criminal, family, probate, and personal injury law. We work with attorneys who are in good standing with the Florida Bar.

How are services billed?We strive to make our billing process consistent and convenient. Payment is required prior to the start of any services are provided. Payments are processed on the 1st of each month. An invoice will be provided a week in advance.

What if I have an urgent or special project?We understand there may be instances where an urgent or special project is needed. Please contact our office to discuss how we may accommodate your request.

Can the paralegal make outbound calls?Yes. The paralegal has the cability to make outbound calls on behalf of the attorney or at the attorney's request.

Can you submit a request through email 24/7?Yes, all requests can be submitted via email 24/7. Please give us 24-48 hours to respond to better assist you with your needs.

How are documents sent to C&S Virtual Paralegals?We will provide a dropbox link where any and all required documents can be submitted. If you may require any assistance, please feel free to contact our office. If you prefer C&S Virtual Paralegals to access your files via your own Dropbox case management system or platform, please provide us with your login credentials. Any login credentials provided to C&S Virtual Paralegals are kept confidential per our service agreement.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit cards, Debit, and E-checks. Payments are final and nonrefundable.
