C&S Virtual Paralegals fully understands navigating the legal system can be difficult, confusing, and time-consuming for most people who are not familiar with legal terminology, the courts, or the legal system. We have worked with alongside attorneys for many years. Based on our experience we are aware that finding an experienced, responsive, trustworthy attorney is unwieldly and is not always an affordable option. We also understand reading and completing legal documents can be tedious as accuracy is needed.

Please remember it is the responsibility of the pro se party to provide the document preparer with those forms that reflect your situation.
Within the area of bankruptcy law, C&S Virtual Paralegals’ document preparer will assist with forms associated with Chapter 7 only. Please remember to provide the document preparer with the respective forms and your personal corresponding documents. An example of corresponding documents would include:

Tax returns;

Driver’s license, etc.
Our document preparer service is completed remotely. The legal document preparer you are assigned to will review and confirm all court forms with customers, including all information you provide in writing. Once all information is confirmed, we will schedule an additional meeting to review the draft with a seamless turnaround time depending on the complexity of the information provided. Please note customers are responsible for selecting the required forms pertaining to their legal matter in addition to paying the court filing fees. Per Florida Bar regulations, document preparers cannot file any documents on behalf on the pro se litigant. Should a pro se litigant need assistance, the local county courthouse’s self-help department can assist you with selecting the appropriate forms.
